Requests made after this period may not be accepted
3. Proof Requirement (Important)
To process your return request, you must provide:
Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Unboxing video (highly recommended) as proof of condition at delivery
Your order number and details
Without proper evidence, we may not be able to process your request.
4. Condition of Returned Items
The product must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
The item must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering caused after delivery
5. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following situations:
Change of mind after receiving the product
Minor differences in color, size, or appearance due to lighting or screen resolution
If the customer ordered the wrong product, size, or variant by mistake
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
Failure to provide required proof (images/videos)
6. Return Process
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 1–3 business days
If approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement
In some cases, you may not need to return the item, depending on the situation
7. Refund & Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved, you may receive:
A replacement product, or
A full or partial refund (depending on the issue)
Refunds will be processed via:

Store credit, depending on your payment method
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
8. Shipping & Return Costs
If the issue is from our side, we will cover the return or replacement cost
If the issue does not qualify under our policy, the customer may need to bear shipping costs
